How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’re asking that question, chances are you could benefit from it. Therapy is for anyone who wants to break old patterns, process life differently, and stop feeling stuck. If what you’ve been doing isn’t working, therapy helps you figure out what will.

Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes. I see clients in person in California and offer telehealth sessions in California and Colorado.

Do you take insurance?

I accept most major insurance plans in California. For Colorado* (Not accepting clients at this time) insurance, please contact me about coverage or out-of-pocket costs.

How long does therapy take?

That depends. Therapy isn’t just about showing up, talking for an hour, and magically feeling better—it’s about doing the work. Some clients make progress in a few months, while others need longer. The goal is for you to learn what you need and, eventually, not need me anymore.
